Fortress on a hill above the confluence of the Valbona and Bistrica rivers. Locally it is known as Kalaja e Dezdarit, a name dating from Ottoman times, with Dizdar being the word for castle commander. The ruins visible today mostly date to the medieval era. The walls are made of stones from the nearby rivers, with mortar in between. Objects found within it though confirm that the site was used prior to the medieval era. A roman era hoe/adze made of iron is one of the principal finds that we have as of right now, alongside other ancient tools such as stone hammers. Listed as a Category I cultural monument (Kategoria I) via Decision No. 786/1 on November 5, 1984. Much left to be found
