Annotations

The Late Bronze Age chamber tomb at Pilavtepe SW of Milas near the village of Koruköy was discovered in 2001 during the survey carried out by A. Diler.  It was used as a grave from 1375 until 1130 BC. According to Mathias Benther, 30 Mycenaean vessels or fragments of them {dates to the LH IIIA-C} were discovered in it. Besides there were also in the gracve the medical tools, seal stones, amber, amber and  gold jewelry.
